What Youll Do - As an Experienced Kitchen Team Member, youll play a key role in crafting our Mediterranean-inspired menu. Youll:
Prepare and organize ingredients for our signature dishes Assemble meals with consistency, care, and attention to presentation Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area Work closely with the General Manager and support teammates during busy hours Help train and guide junior kitchen team members when needed
Who You Are - Were looking for someone who: Has prior experience in food prep or a restaurant kitchen Understands Mediterranean flavors and ingredients (or is eager to learn!) Works efficiently and stays calm under pressure Is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys teamwork Always maintains cleanliness and food safety standards SERV Safe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
