Youngs Premium Foods is a Carolina tradition, specializing in premium pecans, gourmet gifts, and Southern favorites. As we enter our busy season, were looking for friendly, reliable Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to help us deliver excellent experiences to our customers.What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in-person
- Process orders quickly and accurately
- Answer questions about products, shipping, and store policies
- Provide solutions to customer concerns with a positive attitude
- Support the team with general store and office tasks as needed
What Were Looking For- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, professional attitude and reliability
- Comfort with basic computer systems and order entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak season
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Schedule & Pay- Seasonal role, October
December (with potential to extend) - Flexible shifts including weekdays and occasional Saturdays
