Work Location: Aurora, IL 60502
Assignment Duration: 3 months (possibility of temp-to-hire)
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm,or 7am-3:30pm
Position Summary:
Selected candidate should have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience using various business operating systems (accounting, order processing, inventory, and Sales force).
- Strong customer service and communication skills (telephone, email, teams, and interoffice communications)
- Email communication/ Inquiries with sales team and other WM/Client team members in other divisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, well organized, and professional.
- Manifest - Mail merging
- Purchase order processing/ with suppliers
- Order entry
- Freight scheduling
Qualification & Experience: - At least 2 years of Customer Service experience. Required
