Looking to help others get out on the court and elevate their game? Our Tennis Ambassador will develop long-lasting relationships with our athletes of all levels. This unique opportunity will allow you to strengthen the tennis community!

Tennis Ambassador Duties Include:

• Meets the athlete where they are in their tennis journey, creating a tailored and unparalleled customer service experience; adapting sales style appropriately.
• Leverages on-the-court tennis expertise to provide recommendations that meets the athlete’s needs / goals.
• Translates / aligns product technology to the athlete’s needs and preferences; contributing to and enhancing the athlete’s overall game experience.
• Educate athletes about equipment services provided at the store (including racquet stringing services).
• Partners with store teammates by regularly utilizing training materials to educate others on new tennis-related products.
• As needed, assists in other areas within the store.

All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with players of all experience levels
• Deep knowledge of various tennis brands, technology, and latest trends
• Actively involved in tennis-related activities (i.e. players, coaches, associates with competitive clubs, plays in leagues, etc.) and / or stays up-to-date on every aspect of the game (i.e. latest technology, tournaments, players, etc.)
• Ability to simplify insights when speaking with newer players, yet also builds rapport with seasoned professionals by leveraging their on-the-court experience and knowledge
