The Sr. Analyst of Media Operations will oversee all operational duties related to running the digital media channels. Responsibility includes feed management, reporting enhancement and delivery, training & education, legal contracts, engagement with the procurement department, tag management, data accuracy, partner evaluation and monitoring financial goals.  This teammate will work closely with internal departments inclusive of digital media channel leads, marketing analytics, web analytics, procurement and legal.  They will drive larger scale projects to enhance the ability of media channel leads to optimize and drive innovation in their channels.

Initiate, Develop & Strengthen Partner Relationships:

  • Create new and enhance existing product feeds to our media partners
  • Monitor Web tags related to digital marketing channels and ensure their accuracy. Ensure we are implementing tags with best practices in mind.
  • Keep up with industry best practices through networking, webinars, trainings, etc. and communicating learnings to the team

Evaluate Effectiveness of & Manage Vendor Relationship:

  • Develop better reporting for internal partners and communicate updates to that reporting
  • Manage partner evaluations with our procurement department.
  • Manage new contracts and renewals with our legal department
  • Monitor financial goals across digital channels to ensure we are pacing toward annual targets.
  • Help negotiate renewals with existing partners to achieve savings.
  • Be a steward of the budget, being fiscally responsible, updating and communicating forecasts
  • Use data and analytics to tell the story of how the paid digital media budget supports the overall strategy

Teammate Development & Education:

  • Develop our teammates knowledge of the digital marketing channels through training & education
  • Respond to incoming questions regarding operational elements of digital marketing channels
  • Educate internal teams (Creative, Planning, Analytics, Content, etc.) on the digital marketing channels

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-related, Finance, or Advertising/Marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management; Financial Analysis; Analytics
