Leads business administrator team on initiative development and implementation aimed at leveraging technology to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

§ Lead team responsible for designing and executing departmental/organizational business management and reporting tools essential to efficiently managing all aspects of development business including Real Estate Committee deal packages, weekly pipeline management tools, cost stewardship reports, workload balance tracking, cross-functional communications, etc.
