The Director of Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) Center of Excellence (COE) is a dynamic role with broad responsibilities with main areas of focus being to develop and implement our US CS&L Strategic Roadmap, Logistics Flow and Solutions, Customer Innovations, Productivity and People Capabilities & Technology to support our vision to become a Customer Driven Supply Chain. The Director of CS&L COE will support our mission by increasing connectivity between our Logistics Operations and our Customer and Consumers. The Director will drive advanced analytic capabilities across the CS&L organization, streamline our project management capabilities into the COE where we can increase expertise and effectiveness, and lead a team to define the best in class capabilities across business process and digital capabilities to enable CS&L to be even more focused on our priorities and our Customers. This role is responsible for connecting with cross functional teams throughout the supply chain and partner with Sales Retail Operations to ensure good E2E decisions are being made and setting up programs to control a US budget of $800MM+ and drive profitability and Growth. The CS&L COE is also responsible for utilizing and implementing IL6s methods to drive operational excellence across the Logistics Operations network, eradicating losses and drive productivity initiatives and will oversee our planned CS&L DSD Logistics site roll out in 2021. They are internally and externally focused looking for optimal supply chain solutions to deliver service and cost controls. The team collaborates & influences across all the functions within the organization to succeed. This team is responsible for shape the strategy of logistics operations, developing partnerships internally and externally to deliver core metrics. They are the subject matter experts in the organization around US Mondelez Distribution & Transportation processes, costs and ways of working.
