The Supply Chain BI Analyst II will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions created against our suite of Supply Chain Systems. They will become the "Supply Chain Data expert" or go-to person for all Supply Chain data needs. The developer will leverage our Supply Chain Intelligence (IBM Cognos) analytics & reporting tool, accessing data from multiple different data sources, to develop & maintain complex reports, dashboards, and OLAP cubes and provide AdHoc reporting. This person will gain a thorough understanding of supply chain wide business processes and be able to interpret business needs into actionable, effective Business Intelligence solutions. Lead the Design, Development, and Maintenance of reporting against our suite of Supply Chain Systems (Warehouse Management, Labor Management, Store Inventory Management, etc).  Develop reusable reports in SCI for Supply Chain daily management.  Coordinate with Supply Chain and IT teams to manage IT promotions of reporting from Dev, QA and Production. Apply business and technical knowledge of the data to create test plans for validation of reports and ETL's. Execute test plans to assist with data migrations, improving ETL functionality, and ensuring new system processes will flow correctly through the datamart. Manage and monitors FTP files/processes to support parcel reporting and data integration. Coordinate with IT teams on development, testing, and issue/resolution. Develop alerting in IBM Cognos to help monitor and identify when issues and failures occur. Work with key business partners to understand business requirements and data needs. Be able to interpret  requirements, identify appropriate data sources, and the best method for presenting the data back to the business for assistance in making operational decisions. Identify problems and opportunities within existing reports and underlying data. Partner with key business partners and IT counterparts to perform root cause analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to improve business processes and accuracy. Manage AD HOC reporting requests to meet data visibility needs for all available Supply Chain Data.  Leverage Cognos, Excel Files and SQL to answer data needs from DCs and Corporate team.Qualifications

Bachelor's DegreeBS in Computer Information Tech3-5 Years of ExperienceQuery information directly from Oracle and DB2 databases using IBM Cognos and SQL. Knowledge of supply chain systems (specifically Manhattan)IBM Cognos Report WriterSQL Training (oracle University, etc.)
