What you'll do...

H&R Block is transforming tax preparation through data to ensure that every client we serve gets the best tax outcome possible. The Sr. Marketing Manager, Web Analysis & Optimization develops customer experience assessment tools that track customer web behavior patterns. This is done by developing solutions to enhance client experience, maximizing revenue opportunity, and optimizing results. The Sr. Marketing Manager, Web Analysis & Optimization identifies business objectives and reporting requirements, and works to improve of H&R Block web properties through behavior analysis.

  • Work cross functional with HRB Adobe teams
  • Manage and communicate with Adobe expert consultants
  • Ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout an organization
  • Architect and build data pipelines and reporting solutions. Ramp up quickly as an authority of stitching and calibrating data across various data sources that relate to the customer's web journey.
  • Create reporting dashboards
  • Drive analytics tagging strategy and implementation

What you'll bring to the team...

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
  • Self-driven and agile
  • Understanding of the Adobe Experience Manager content management system and the Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Advanced experience using Audience Manager
  • Advanced experience using Launch
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Analytics
  • Experience using Adobe Target or other content personalization tools
  • Understanding of Adobe API integration
  • 5 years minimum related work experience
