We offer a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions, servicing North America. The Pennsylvania Division, is looking to hire a Full Time Customer Service Rep. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Customer Service and who can live and breathe our core values. The right person will have the opportunity to join a team of support specialists who provide award winning customer service experiences.

Job Description:

  • Taking orders from customers via phone and fax
  • Assisting customers and Sales Reps with issues arising from orders and deliveries
  • Answering phones and directing calls as needed
  • Phone/Sales telemarketing
  • Work and communicate with other departments
  • Back up for smart ordering device in both setup and management
  • Key Chain account back up
  • Back up for all aspects of Plus Out order entry and functions

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication (oral and written)
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility with schedules
  • Team player
  • Must be PC literate (Microsoft Office Suite and AS400)
  • A need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
