• Inbound/Outbound warehouse operations supervisory experience required
• Production shift experience with working knowledge of all warehouse activities required
• Foodservice distribution experience preferred
• A minimum of two years supervisory experience is required
• High school graduate with two years higher education or equivalent preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficient with PC, Microsoft office, warehouse management system preferred
• RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plans and organizes what work and resources are required to run the shift
2. Makes proper assignments and ensures efficient allocation of resources to complete a shift safely and effectively
3. Responds to employees' needs promptly
4. Communicates information appropriately and timely
5. Assists in the hiring process; conducts interviews
6. Maintains all training records on all shift employees
7. Trains, coaches, and monitors all employees' progress
8. Ensures that all material handling equipment is serviced and in safe operating condition
9. Works with other supervisors and managers to improve production output and quality
10. Conducts performance management to encourage and foster professional growth of employees
11. Maintains compliance with American Institute of Baking (AIB) food safety standards
12. Maintains a safe and healthful working environment by promoting safety at all levels of the operation and conducting required training per OSHA and division standards
13. Performs other duties as assigned
