Job Details


Job Responsibilities:

  • Calls on assigned independent/chain locations and implements strategies for increasing sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Willingness to drive to each scheduled account, and accountable to build territory through solicitation of new accounts with geographic region
  • For existing accounts, provide sales consultation; conduct ordering activities and servicing stores as scheduled daily
  • Advise accounts of discontinued, inactive, and replacement items and review and monitor plus-outs and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution to customer satisfaction
  • Accountable to meeting sales quotas and participating in strategic company initiatives
  • Establishes and implements objectives, by category, based on annual territory goals.
  • Manages territory and time by planning itinerary effectively and efficiently, and allocating call frequency based on the account's potential value.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for collecting receivables for assigned territory and furnishes updates to management as requested.
  • Supports and incorporates corporate and divisional marketing programs into account penetration sales strategies.
  • Provides customer service to assigned accounts by following through with customer issues and providing resolution.
  • Obtains and reports competitive activity.
  • Attends sales meetings and training seminars.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of wholesale sales, convenience retail experience, or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
