Job Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, Ecommerce sales, you will be responsible for online sales of the Keurig system at several of our top retailers. You will represent the company to the Ecommerce decision makers on the account, and the Ecommerce side of the accounts to the company, in all sales-oriented activities. Given you will own a broad range of products/categories, your retention and growth of the accounts will have a strategically significant impact on the success and growth of the company. In order to achieve your objectives, you must utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve highly complex customer challenges.

Your role is new to Keurig. You will need to effectively work with the existing customer teams covering the bricks & mortar side of the customer business. You will also need to work with the extended Ecommerce team to develop and drive new approaches and best practices to improve online performance. You will first ensure that Keurig is nailing the basics of online success (i.e. assortment, digital shelf, content, marketing, and supply chain). When appropriate, you will also be looking to drive more advanced digital tactics such as targeted online promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead all E-Commerce business planning and initiatives in concert with Keurig Dr Pepper's Brick & Mortar CFT's (Sales Teams)
Demonstrate strong strategic sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
Utilize strong communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel and industry insights and competitive trends
Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP), measured by growth of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Effectively manage promotional and digital marketing dollars
Proactively share best practices with peers
Lead & coordinate omnichannel retail level activity

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience, or Master's degree and minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Prefer experience in "Fortune 500" company, major online retailer, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries.
  • Experience successfully developing strategic plans and executing via an effective sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and selling products to retail customers.
  • Strong preference for proven Ecommerce and omnichannel track record
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results.
  • Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal.
  • Well organized, disciplined planner and implementer.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence.
