Customer Service Product Supply Account Lead III - eCommerce
As a Customer Service Product Supply Account Lead III, you will support a high level of customer service and operations for an eCommerce Channel or Customer-Facing Commercial Team. This position will drive digital operations process optimization and supply chain issue management. Position requires ability and willingness to recognize, recommend, and lead process improvement efforts across multiple disciplines. Position requires full proficiency of the organization, our products, processes and services. A highly motivated, team player who consistently provides a superior customer experience is required.
Additionally the Product Supply Account Lead III leads the coordination, compilation and evaluation of a highly accurate volume forecast at a Customer, Sales Channel, Customer-level and Package Category/SKU level using historical trends, secondary data sources, and field sales information. The analyst will be responsible for tracking performance, evaluating risks and opportunities, and driving continual improvements in performance. This position serves as a primary resource for key stakeholders in sales, commercial/marketing, operations, and finance to arrive at the most accurate demand requirements. This role should provide insight and recommendations predicated on analytics, customer and consumer driven data, and recognized best practices in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
