Primary Responsibilities:

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned daily routes of Phoenix Merchandising
  • Assigned routes to Team member in case of call outs
  • Maintain Schematics with Stores
  • Inspect Stores after Job Completion by Team member
  • Write Credits/Returns for Stores
  • Process Customers/Store's Orders
  • Work with other leaders on workload and departmental needs
  • Keep and maintain Daily Inspection Schedule
  • Ride with Merchandisers to coach and train
  • Communicate with Customer on their Needs and Concerns
  • Communicate Customer's Needs and Concerns to Territory Manager or Key Account Manager

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Tasks and Backup Merchandisers
  • Backup Routing
  • Communicate with Merchandising Manager and Supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Skills / Requirements:

  • Current AZ Driver's License, Current Liability Insurance
  • Good Driving Record
  • Must have Reliable Vehicle to use for work to perform essential functions of job
  • Good and reliable attendance record
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Deadlines
  • Ability to Follow and Complete Instructions
  • Maintain Professional Work Conduct
  • Maintain Business Casual Dress Code (Position may include getting clothes soiled)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to Bend, Kneel, Stand and Perform Physical Labor for Multiple Hours at a time
  • Ability to drive vehicle to assigned locations

Schedule:

Full-time

  • Hours Will Vary: Monday - Friday 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (30 minute lunch)
  • Overtime as Required by Management
