As an E-Commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) for Online Grocery, you will be responsible for driving E-Commerce sales of the Keurig Dr Pepper portfolio of products at several of our most prominent grocery retailers, including Kroger and Instacart.
You will drive industry-leading omnichannel initiatives within the Ship-To Home, Click & Collect, and On Demand Delivery spaces, and will work closely with retail partners to achieve flawless online execution.
Given you will own a broad range of products/categories, your acceleration of E-Commerce sales within your managed accounts will have a strategically significant impact on the success and growth of the company. In order to achieve your objectives, you must utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve highly complex customer challenges.
What you will do:
•Lead all E-Commerce business planning and initiatives in concert with Keurig Dr Pepper's Brick & Mortar Sales, Marketing, RGM, and Supply Chain Teams
•Demonstrate strong strategic sales, forecasting, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
•Initiate strong communication of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly sales performance, customer & industry insights, and competitive trends
•Assist in creating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), measured by growth of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
•Effectively manage promotional and digital marketing dollars
•Conduct business meetings/reviews with senior level managers internally & with partners
•25-30% Travel to KDP and Retailer offices
What you must have:
•Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of sales and/or ecommerce experience
Experience successfully executing initiatives via an effective E-commerce growth strategy
•Prefer experience in a national grocery, online retailer, a "Fortune 500" company, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods / Beverage industries
Past track record of driving Ecommerce / omnichannel results a plus
•Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive & energy, and the ability to consistently produce results
Well organized, disciplined planner and implementer
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills
Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
