The Capabilities Manager - Concentrates and International Training & Development is responsible for raising the functional-specific capabilities of the KDP Concentrate and International organization. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Strategy, Planning and Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Concentrates and International organization development strategy with a focus on Sales, along with other relevant functional areas.
  • Responsible for the strategic development and execution of key learning strategies to create and sustain a high-performing team.
  • Drive organizational and customer engagement, alignment and excitement for capabilities curriculum.
  • Manage, design and develop curriculum for internal KDP Concentrates and International training, including manuals, and visual aids for functional-specific training.
  • Adapt and customize existing curricula to meet the needs of the team. Lead training initiatives and conduct training for the team on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Concentrates and International Sales Internship program; including program development and college recruiting.
  • Responsible for vendor identification, price negotiation and content development for core programs to meet the needs of functional-specific training.
  • Build strong working relationships across Concentrates and International stakeholders to gain alignment to customized functional-specific training
  • Create metrics to measure success of programs and/or to serve as guidelines for readjustment as necessary due to dynamic nature of the business (e.g., surveys, focus groups, roundtable discussions, etc.).
  • Own and manage capabilities budget working with external and internal partners, including finance to deliver on target.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of sales experience and 2 years of learning and development experience.
  • This role is based at the KDP Plano, TX office location. Relocation to [Dallas-Fort Worth] area is required with <5% travel
