  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and e-mail.
  2. Must have previous Customer Service experience.
  3. AS400 experience preferred.
  4. Must have computer knowledge (e-mail, word and excel) with typing and 10-key experience.
  5. This position also requires a professional individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a steady focus on customer satisfaction.
  6. Must have good attendance and available for overtime.

Must be available to work M-F, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of an occasional Saturday and most Holidays.


  1. High volume telephone communication with customers and sales people.
  2. Recording customer claims on delivery errors.
  3. Verifying credits processed through return's department.
  4. Using Telxon computer for special orders to retailers.

Checking inventory levels, pricing, and delivery times for customers
