We have an exciting Driver Check-In Coordinator opportunity in our Milton Ontario location!

Core-Mark International Inc. is one of the largest and most valued marketers of fresh and broad-line supply chain solutions offering a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to over 24,000 traditional convenience stores, drug, grocery and specialty stores selling consumer packaged goods across North America.

We are hiring for a full time Driver Check-In Coordinator. Our offices are based out of Milton, Ontario. We are located at 8030 Esquesing Line, Unit #1 Milton, ON L9T 6W3. The main responsibility for the Driver Check-In Coordinator will be to check drivers in to ensure that all orders are delivered; proof-of-deliveries and customer signatures are obtained; returns are picked up and proper documentation completed.


Full Time - Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

  • High School Completion
  • Supply chain or inventory management experience as an asset
  • Customer service focus
  • Basic PC skills. Word, Excel, Outlook
  • AS400 Experience desirable
  • High comfort level in learning internal computer systems
  • Knowledge of legislation pertaining to transportation and hours of service is an asset
  • Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-Motivation
  • Accuracy with data and reporting
