This position will drive to customer locations in the Allentown-Bethlehem Area with the primary focus of store Plan-O-Gram sets and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Travel to different locations daily.
  • Performs customer service for assigned stores.
  • Provide category management, merchandising, placing tags and program implementation..
  • Monitors potential account problems at the store level and reports to the Sales/or Merchandising manager when required.
  • Maintain safe store aisles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and /or Experience

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Active valid drivers license, with active valid insurance meeting company standards.
  • Must have reliable transportation is able to transport you and co-workers and any necessary materials/supplies.
  • Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams, schematics and store set instructions a plus.
  • Ability to work in dusty/dirty customer storage areas which may not be air conditioned.
  • Ability to operate a hand held ordering devise.
  • Flexibility in work schedule
  • Significant time driving in a vehicle is required.
  • Fluent in Microsoft excel preferred, but not required.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to problem solve and keep calm in dealing with customer service issues.
  • Ability to complete timely and accurate reporting of recaps, expense reports, time sheets, etc.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

In general, resets can be very physical in nature. Reset activities could include removing items from the shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing the products according to thee plan-o-gram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling new products and retrieving additional stock when necessary.
