This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  1. High volume telephone communication with customers and sales people.
  2. Recording customer claims on delivery errors.
  3. Verifying credits processed through return's dept.
  4. Educating Customers on how to utilize our technology to place orders.
  5. Checking inventory levels, pricing, and delivery times for customers.
  6. Participate in all training programs for sales organization, as determined necessary.
  7. Available to cover telephone sales representatives when needed.
  8. Maintenance of databases and performing analyses as instructed.
  9. Assist with set-up for monthly meetings and monthly Open House

Educational/Work Experience Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and must be customer service oriented; AS 400 experience preferred. General computer knowledge with typing: including MS Word, Excel, Access programs and 10-key experience. Satisfactory performance should be reached within 3 months. This position also requires an individual who can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a steady focus on customer satisfaction
