We have an exciting Territory Manager opportunity in our Central Ontario Market!

Core-Mark International Inc. is one of the largest and most valued marketers of fresh and broad-line supply solutions offering a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to over 24,000 traditional convenience stores, drug, grocery and specialty stores selling consumer packaged goods across North America.

We are hiring for a full time Territory Manager -Central Ontario. Our offices are based out of Milton, Ontario. As a Territory Manager, you will manage a team of sales development reps to effectively execute the key company initiatives and account specific targets.

The Territory Manager role represents Core-Mark International, as a business professional and top level sales person capable of analyzing opportunities within the C-Store environment, to develop and implement effective strategies that will yield sustainable growth of sales and profit for Core-Mark and our retail partners.


Permanent Full time Monday-Friday


Based out of Milton, Ontario but working in the assigned sales Territory (Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Sudbury, Barrie, GTA, Oakville, Burlington)


Competitive base salary

$500 Vehicle allowance,

Company-paid fuel card for business,

Cell phone, Laptop

Incentive program based on sale goals

Development Action Plan (DAP) with promotable opportunities and mentorship plan.


  • Having valid driver's license, insurance and vehicle Monday to Friday during core business hours
  • Responsible for the tools and materials provided to execute the job.
  • Minimum 1-3 years sales management experience
  • CPG/Retail experience is an asset
  • Proven success increasing sales with existing customer base and developing new accounts. Strong sales personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, AS 400, power cube, customer ordering system such as EDI, POS, mobile/desktop ordering platforms.
  • Ability to plan an efficient geographical daily route using a customer list provided. (Google Maps, GPS, etc.)
