In Marketing, you'll be the ones who first capture our consumers' imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands. You'll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.

The Associate Brand Manager, Innovation will be a key member of the Marketing Platform Team. This role is responsible for supporting the ongoing generation of the innovation pipeline and executing commercialization of all innovation projects for the brand portfolio to contribute to achieve sustainable growth.

Accountabilities

  • Support the defining of the brand level innovation strategies, including whitespace innovation, in partnership with the Lead for Innovation
  • Support the development of the three (3) year view for the innovation plans and sufficiency
  • With Market Research support, conduct required research to identify winning ideas aligned to brand strategies and in line with BU needs.
  • Manage portfolio level PMRs
  • Manage flavor banks and LE executions
  • Support category/ brand innovation strategies as well as building/validating, executing and managing the 4:2:1s
  • Build an ongoing understanding of Brand territory, positioning and consumer insights to develop winning, relevant innovation.
  • Generate a pipeline of innovation initiatives, aligned to current business hurdles, to meet Category roadmap growth ambition
  • Support the development of alternative business models to ensure sales and profit hurdles are achieved realistically.
  • Develop, and for some projects, lead each initiative from the Discovery Process through the full I2M process, including commercialization.
  • Aggregate materials and selling stories for annual and monthly Sales Communications based on inputs from Equity, Commercial, and Sales Planning.


  • Bachelor's Degree is required;
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience or equivalent;
  • Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
  • Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines
  • Ability to work with a cross functional team
  • Analytic and creative thinking skills
  • Good strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities and business acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
