As a Divisional Human Resources Manager and business partner, you will be responsible in driving the execution of multiple business plans.   This Business Partner is responsible for providing support and training to managers, store operations and employees within the division regarding HR policies and practices, researching and/or investigating concerns as well as helping the division attract, hire and retain employees.   You will specialize in ensuring that all employee relations issues are consistently and effectively tracked and managed in accordance with company policy, federal, and state mandated regulations.


  • Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations including EEO, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA etc.
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion
  • Experience creating, monitoring, enhancing and evaluating recruitment programs
  • Ability to work well and communicate (both written and verbally) with employees at all levels throughout the organization
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and the highest level of discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Extensive travel required. Estimated 50% overnight travel


  • 4 year degree in Human Resources Management or related field including 2-4 years of relevant job-related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with/in an O'Reilly retail store or retail HR experience
