Job Description: The Retail Sales Product Counselor is responsible for providing world-class advice and counsel service on lawn and garden care to our retail partners and consumers. The Retail Sales Product Counselor educates our consumers and retail customers on the selection and use of Scotts products. Approaches consumers to offer assistance and demonstrate Scotts products. May occasionally need to move product and help create displays. Ability to provide demonstrations, counseling sessions and promotional events as needed. May be responsible to service multiple locations throughout assigned territory. |
