Manage day to day operations of off site collectors, working with operations management team to-minimize liquidation(charge -offs), drive performance( reduce delinquencies),-training, ensure we are in compliance with all state and federal laws regarding all aspects of FDCPA and all regulatory requirements. Advance software technology skills. Must have above average expertise of federal and state laws and regulations governing collections in-the -and . B/S or B/A Degree preferred. Actual experience may be a substitute. 10 years experience. 8 years in management.
