Manage day to day operations of off site collectors, working with operations management team to-minimize liquidation(charge -offs), drive performance( reduce delinquencies),-training, ensure we are in compliance with all state and federal laws regarding all aspects of FDCPA and all regulatory requirements.


Advance software technology skills.

Must have above average expertise of federal and state laws and regulations governing collections in-the -and .

Demonstrated Experience in achieving fiscal goals, budgets, forecasting, training and performance management using optimal resource.
-- Advanced computer software background (collection systems).
-- Track record of development and knowledge of collection functions. -- Goal orientated.
-- Solid vision for results.
-- Preference for variety and change.
-- Ability to keep others on task, self motivation, highly organized,
-- Ability to take charge and manage various tasks simultaneously and effectively with little supervision.
-- Advanced Micro-soft Word, Excel,, Power-point sill sets

General business knowledge, written and verbal communication, basic statistics & accounting, budgeting, interpersonal abilities, and IT functions required.

B/S or B/A Degree preferred. Actual experience may be a substitute. 10 years experience. 8 years in management.
