TWO TO FIVE YEARS RETAIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. DEGREE WOULD BE BENEFICIAL BUT IS NOT REQUIRED. INTERPERSONAL PEOPLE SKILLS, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND MOTIVATIONAL SKILLS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ASSOCIATE FRIENDLY COMPANY. THIS POSITION WOULD BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETE OPERATION OF THE FACILITY. RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO P&L ACCOUNTABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, SANITATION, CONDITIONS, STANDARDS, QUALITY, SECURITY, AND INVENTORY CONTROL IN THIS HIGHLY SEASONAL FAST PACE BUSINESS. |
