Job Description: EXPERIENCE A LEADING SUPERMARKET CHAIN IN THE SOUTHEAST IS IN SEARCH OF A PRODUCE/FLORAL MERCHANDISER FOR ONE THE THEIR DIVISIONS. THE IDEAL CANIDATE MUST HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN PRODUCE OPERATIONS. MULTI UNIT SUPERVISION IS A MUST. RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCE/FLORAL DEPARTMENTS FOR A ASSIGNED GROUP OF STORES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEPARTMENT SALES AND PROFIT GROWTH, MERCHANDISING, TRAINING OF DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATES, LABOR BUDGETS, IMPLEMENTING CORPORATE INITIATIVES, AND MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS THROUGHOUT THE DEPARTMENTS. |
