Job Description: EXPERIENCE A ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL HOME TOWN FAMILY ORIENTED SUPERMARKET CHAIN IS SEARCHING FOR AN STORE MANAGER. RETAIL STORE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, AN UP AND COMING STRONG ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER COULD BE CONSIDERED. LOW TO MID VOLUME EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. INTERPERSONAL PEOPLE SKILLS ARE NEEDED FOR THIS ASSOCIATE FRIENDLY COMPANY. DEGREE BENEFICIAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED. RESPONSIBILITIES THIS POSITION WOULD BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE TOTAL OPERATION OF THE STORE. RESPONSIBLIITIES WOULD ENCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO P&L ACCOUNTABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, SALES, SANITATION, CONDITIONS, STANDARDS, SECURITY, AND INVENTORY CONTROLL. DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY ENVOLVEMENT WOULD BE A BIG FACTOR IN THESE FAMILY ORIENTED STORES. |
