Job Description: Is responsible for directing and consulting with each of the stores on all innovative/state of the art merchandising strategies and technological advances to ensure long term growth and profitablility. This is accomplished through the establishment of store specific business plans which enhances market share, build sales, and ensures profitability in their respective trade areas. Additional accountabilities include; tracking/analyzing warehouse inbound slaes and gross profit, monitoring achieved gross profit at store level. Providing technical support and retail training and develop a store specific action plan to address customerservice, merchandsing opportunities, and increase market share. Serves as a Liason between store personel and the corporate staff. Expereince; Must have 5+ years expereince in cutting. working knowledge of; Retail Operations expereince to achieve retail sales and and gross profits thru sale items, mix and shelf space utilization and customer demographics. Yield Tests Retail llabor knowledge--costs, schedules and ratios. Shrink control/analysis. Merchandising all products. Food safety/QA best practices and procedures. Tracking/analyzing warehouse inbound sales and gross profits and monitoring achieved gross profits at store level. Provide technical support and retail training and development store specific action plans to address customer service, merchandsing opportunities and increase market share. |
