THREE TO FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE WILL PUT YOU IN CONTENTION FOR THIS POSITION. STRONG TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AS WELL AS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAM BUILDING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL OPERATION OF THE MEAT DEPARTMENT INCLUDING P&L, CONDITIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND SANITATION. ORDERING, SCHEDULING, PURCHASING, AND INVENTORY CONTROL WHILE BUILDING A TEAM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDED ASSOCIATES WILL PUT YOU OVER THE TOP! |
