Job Description: Please communicate with me at mag@judge.com LARGE RETAIL COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR: POSITION: Sr Marketing and Research Manager EXPERIENCE: Must have prior Retail Experience as a Marketing Professional LOCATION: Tennessee - Nashville SALARY - 75-90K RELOCATION - Available Sr. Manager will manage syndicated research, primary research initiatives, including qualitative and quantitative research and customer satisfaction; analyze results and communicate key learning's. The Sr. Manager will leverage data to provide strategic insights to key department leaders throughout the organization. The person in this role works in conjunction with vendor partners, operations, merchandising and advertising to plan, develop and implement research projects that help define business opportunities and issues. The position requires strong communication skills, excellent researching abilities and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications o Marketing experience including experience in retail promotions, marketing research, data analysis. o Strong presentation skills o Strong technical skills for data analysis (Excel, Access) o Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written) o Responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style for effectiveness with vendors and colleagues o Ability to meet objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision. Work Experience and/or Education o Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, with particular focus on retail promotions, brand management, marketing research, and data analysis. o Bachelors degree in Business Administration required; MBA preferred Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential. |
