Keyholders take it to the next level by overseeing the store operations (opening/closing, running breaks, communicating goals, driving sales, etc.) in the absence of their Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Job Requirements: The Keyholder/Sales Associate's primary focus is to provide world-class customer service in order to maximize sales, encourage repeat business, and promote sales growth through word of mouth. They: Acknowledge and greet every customer who enters the store; Get to know their clients and their clients' needs by asking open-ended questions and LISTENING Are accountable for demonstrating products by showing how they can be coordinated, giving alternatives and additional ideas, and introducing accessories (complete product knowledge is key!)
