As one of our Store Managers, you'll provide the leadership needed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, sales generation, merchandising, operational and personnel functions. Creating a team atmosphere to maximize productivity, profitability and compliance with company procedures and training, motivating and evaluating staff will be your main objectives. You will be expected to: -Manage day-to-day store sales and operations to increase same-store sales through effective hiring, training, selling, and service. -Ensure proper sales floor coverage -Actively participate on the sales floor to sell and help to ensure that all sales are being closed -Ensure that service expectations are communicated, reinforced, and being met -Establish and maintain steady recruiting sources for sales talent -Effectively train employees on operational procedures, standards, product knowledge and "active selling" methods -Process physical and electronic inventory receipts and transfers -Ensure that the store meets corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines -Meet or exceed sales expectations Job Requirements: Candidates must have at least five (5) years of strong management experience in high-end, RTW apparel retail and a proven track record in controlling payroll costs and LP. In addition to being enthusiastic and hands-on, they should also have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
