Product Demonstrator / Event Specialist As a member of the CROSSMARK Product Demonstration team you will complete in-store food/product demonstrations/events, demonstrate products, engage consumers and promote product sales while maintaining customer service standards. Hours per week: 16-20 Shift Days: Thursday - Sunday Must be able to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish Job Highlights: • Demo schedules are Thursday through Friday between 10:30 am - 4:30 pm and Sunday from 12:30 am to 6:30 pm each week • Event table, materials and equipment provided at the store • Outside employment is permitted as long as it does not interfere with CROSSMARK responsibilities • Regular, consistent demos schedule - 18-24 hours per week depending on availability Candidate expected to complete the following tasks: • Obtain knowledge of products represented and encourage consumers to purchase products • Prepare and serve food samples utilizing raw meats, produce, microwaves, hot plates, oil and kitchen utensils • Demonstrate consumer packaged goods to consumers • Distributes coupons and sale materials • Communicate information on products and promotions to increase sales Job Requirements: Requirements: • Ability to work well independently • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time • Access to reliable transportation • Basic Computer Skills • Daily access to a computer that is connected to the internet |
