Job Description: Duties consist of but not limited to: developing a positive, high-energy team environment to achieve success, supervise, develop and motivate staff, communicate with team members through store meetings and daily huddles, planning and execute the merchandising of the sales floor, oversee store operations according to company policies and procedures as well as financial record keeping and office administration. Typical work schedule consists of approximately 45-50 hours per week, will include some day, night and weekend hours as well as holidays. Job Requirements: Qualified candidates should have High school diploma or equivalent plus three years of previous retail and supervisory experience, knowledge of merchandising, operations and general management principles. Must be able to stand/walk for the majority of the shift and left merchandise frequently. Relocation may be required.
