Day to day Today, you'll answer a call and negotiate a payment plan that will help a customer get back on track. Tomorrow afternoon, you'll call another customer to ask for and collect a payment that will bring him/her up to date. A week from now, you'll explain charges to one of our customers and arrange for payment. Each day, you'll be able to strike the perfect balance between providing excellent service and recovering invoice balances. You help our customers stay with us.

We're looking for individuals that demonstrate an employment history reflecting at least a year of customer-service experience with job stability and an Associate, Bachelor or Technical degree is highly desired. We also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized in a fast-paced environment. Negotiating skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be pleasant but firm are crucial. Our ideal candidate has great keyboarding skills and the ability to use several computer programs at once, while dealing with customers on the phone. You'll need to communicate effectively, multitask, manage your time, and make good decisions quickly. You're dependable, energetic and career oriented.
