- Maintain the Jackson 66 Dish Machine 1997 Model. (Including chemicals, which will be maintained safely and stored properly, manuals available.)
- Maintain the floor and appearance of the kitchen.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities - Primary responsibilities listed in order of importance - Keep receiving area organized and clean.
- Scrape plates, pre-soak silverware and maintain clean dishes, utensils and pots.
- Unload and restock plates at salad bar and food line and glasses at beverage station.
- Keep coolers sanitary and organized.
- Spot check for mopping.
- Maintain kitchen floors in a sanitary condition, free of debris.
- Organize cleaned pots, pans and cooking utensils.
- Assist in kitchen prep when needed.
- Check the cafeteria floor for cleanliness.
- Replenish ice in soda machines.
- Keep line trays well stocked.
- Assist in general kitchen cleaning.
- Maintain a smiling, pleasant and courteous demeanor toward customers at all times.
- Keep floor bar mats sanitary and clean of food debris.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - Summary of knowledge, experience and education required. - High School Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience
Desired Qualifications - Desired but not required. - General knowledge of machine repair.
- Able to lift 30 pounds
