Job Title: FT Grocery Associate - bloom Job Description: Provide quality customer service to our customers through ensuring shelves are adequately stocked in the Grocery Department. Proper performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position contributes to and ensures achievement of proper Grocery conditions. Maximizes sales through excellent customer service. Stocks a heavy volume of groceries weekly. Cleans shelves and shelf tag molding as needed when stocking. Rotates product. Places only saleable merchandise on the shelves. Maintains shelf allocations. Blocks the area while stocking. Places all product on shelves with the label facing the front and follows the proper skyline. Tears empty cartons down and disposes of properly. Cleans up his or her work area, sales floor, and stock room area. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 70 pounds. Ability to push or pull product up to 2000 pounds using a pallet jack.
