Job Title: FT Specialty Merchandise Associate - bloom Job Description: Provides quality customer service to our customers through the HBC section. Proper performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position will contribute to and ensure achievement of proper HBC conditions. Maximizes sales through excellent customer service. Ensures proper ordering of HBC and profit sections to maintain proper product level. Cleans shelves on a regular basis and ensures cleanliness and security of security room. Rotates product and monitors expiration dates. Removes any product not fit for sale from shelves. Maintains shelf allocations. Straightens and faces all profit centers and HBC sections daily. Brings to Scan Analyst s attention all tags that need to be updated. Organizes security room by commodity. Works in new items and tags within 72 hours of receipt. Works in force outs on a daily basis. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and push up to 70 pounds (on wheels). Ability to manipulate small objects. Ability to anticipate sales to order product for the HBC section and complete necessary paperwork. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to meet production standards established by bloom. This list is not all inclusive. Other duties and responsibilities may be added to meet business demands. |
