ASSISTANT MANAGER / MARKETING MANAGER Reports To: General Manager Responsibilities: - Promote sales growth and profits
- Thoroughly train workforce
- Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
- Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain a highly clean facility at all times

Preferred Qualifications: - 1 - 3 years retail management experience
- Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$7 million
- Experience supervising and training 2 - 5 employees
- Valid driver's license
- Proven budget and P&L skills
