• Promote sales growth and profits of tire shop
• Thoroughly train tire technicians
• Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
• Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Facilities maintenance/ Grounds keeping

• 2 - 3 years experience in tire, auto parts/repair or Lube Express environment
• Experience supervising and training 7 or more employees
• Facilities maintenance background a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Proven budget and P&L skills
• PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
