| Job Description: Our Financial Sales/Services Consultants receive inbound calls from customers, members of affinity groups, or prospective customers inquiring about PNC Bank products and services. The calls are predominately routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Our consultants may answer inquiries, resolve problems, promote and sell products and services, and/or enter or confirm sales. They may also assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services, and may research and resolve problems and communicate results to customers. PNC's National Financial Services Center (NFSC), based in Pittsburgh, is where 900 call-center professionals work with the industry's best systems, handling close to 3 million customer interactions every month. In 2006, American Banker ranked NFSC one of its top five financial services call centers. As a Service Consultant, you will work as part of a team of 12 to 15 professionals under a NSFC Lead manager. - Your days and weeks will follow a steady rhythm, based upon shift hours, and paced by a high level of customer contact. You'll use your analytical and relationship-building skills to take inbound customer calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and address customer concerns. You'll draw upon a professional manner and product knowledge to identify customer final needs and recommend PNC products. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1 year of Customer Service or Sales experience required. Must be able to work a twilight schedule between 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., with 7 day availability. Strong verbal communication and computer skills required. Financial Institution and/or call center experience a plus! Spanish skills are a plus!
