The Lead spends approximately half of his/her time in direct execution of the work such as protecting company assets through activities in safety, inventory recovery, and internal and external theft. Assists managers with reduction of loss of inventory, time, and assets, monitors surveillance equipment, and apprehends shoplifting suspects. This individual supervises a team of hourly associates and will fully participate in their selection, scheduling, training, and performance Required:
