Love's Travel Stops & Country Store's, Inc. is now hiring for the following position: RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER Reports To: General Manager Responsibilities: - Promote restaurant sales growth and profits
- Thoroughly train restaurant workforce
- Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
- Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain a highly clean restaurant at all times
- Exhibit Love's pledge of "doing what is right for our employees" at all times
Preferred Qualifications: - 3 - 6 years restaurant management experience
- Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$3 million
- Experience supervising and training 6 - 20 employees
- Valid driver's license
- Proven budget and P&L skills
- PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
