| Job Description: The company is a well-established national retail company. Job Description: The District Manager oversees the operations, sales, and profitability of the district. The primary responsibility of the DM is to provide leadership, focus, direction and coaching to Store Managers to achieve the district's performance plan targets. The DM will have full Sales and P&L accountability for 6-8 stores. Responsible for district staffing, succession planning, and personnel development. Delegation, development, coaching, mentoring, and direction of Store Managers is paramount to success in this role. The District Manager acts as a liaison between the Store Managers and the Corporate Office, communicating needs and trends to key personnel. Other targets may be added as needed.
