We are currently seeking a qualified: Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for a group of stores in our Retail Division. Will be responsible for revenue, expenses, and net income performance to ensure achievement of sales, productivity, and profitability goals. In addition, will create and administer annual budgets, forecasts and sales reports. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in the development of store management and inventory control. Will include maintaining the highest level of customer service, product knowledge and visual merchandising skills. To accomplish our expectations, the incumbent will be knowledgeable of consumer habits, retail market trends and new developments made by our competitors. Considerable travel should be expected.
