Job Description: The Home Furnishings Sales Consultant delivers an exceptional guest experience through relationship selling thus maximizing sales opportunities and delivering profitable sales. You will turn guests into customers and customers into clients; ensuring a lifetime relationship which drives additional sales through repeat business and referrals. You will need to meet or exceed daily and monthly goals related to written and delivered sales, average ticket, close rate, value adds and guest satisfaction. You will partner with your coach to frequently monitor results and develop plans to improve performance. Also, you are expected to execute the various company standard operating procedures related to selling and customer service. You will report directly to an Assistant Sales Manager with additional guidance and coaching from the Sales Manager. Job Requirements: Shows Personal Drive & Initiative: Pursues high standards and maintains a high level of productivity. Focuses on meaningful results and achieves them. Puts in extra effort to accomplish sales goals and looks for new ways to improve sales and turn guests into customers, then clients.
